Shipping & Returns

Shipping in General:
You can see how much freight you will pay here if you add the item to your cart and then view your cart.  It will ask for your zip code and then estimate the freight.  We use both UPS and USPS.  

Shipping & Handling:

We Ship UPS and USPS to the continental U.S. ONLY 
When you place an order, we will estimate shipping and delivery rates for you based on the availability of your items and the shipping options you choose. 

We ship within 24 hours if your order is in stock Monday through Thursday.  Orders placed on Fridays after 12 pm EST, and on weekends and holidays are shipped on the next business day.

The UPS, FedEx, or USPS amounts are final amounts.

Handling Charges will vary from item to item, and available for review during the check out process.

Returns Policy:

You may return most new, unopened items within 30 days of delivery for a full refund of the product(s), less shipping and handling fees.  All returns must be accompanied by a copy of the packing slip.    Please take note that returns of any  heat exchanger assembly and timers and are subject to 20% restocking fee.  All items returned are subject to our representative's evaluation.  FOR PUMP MOTORS, AIR BLOWERS,CHLORINE GENERATORS, POWER VAC POOL CLEANERS ELECTRONIC PARTS, CIRCUIT BOARDS AND MOTORS, PLEASE CONTACT MANUFACTURER DIRECTLY FOR DEFECTS.

 If the return is a result of our error (you received an incorrect or defective item), we will send you a prepaid return label via email.  

 You should expect to receive your refund within four weeks of giving your package to the return shipper, however, in many cases you will receive a refund more quickly. This time period includes the transit time for us to receive your return from the shipper (5 to 10 business days), the time it takes us to process your return once we receive it (3 to 5 business days), and the time it takes your bank to process our refund request (5 to 10 business days). All refunds will appear in your credit card statement as Bay Central LLC.


If you need to return an item, simply login to your account, view the order using the "Complete Orders" link under the My Account menu and click the Return Item(s) button. We will send you return instructions and an RMA number. We'll then notify you via e-mail of your refund once we've received and processed the returned item.
